What it is, Why It’s Important and How to Do It
Full day experiential workshop
Have you ever heard someone talk about being grounded? Are you grounded? Or is your energy drifting off like a helium balloon in the sky? What does it even mean to be grounded and why is it important?
We will do some meditations and a number of grounding exercises designed to help you focus your attention on the present moment that you can draw upon whenever you are having an experience that is overwhelming, or that is absorbing all of your attention. We will also work with foods, crystals, flower essences and other things to experience their grounding abilities.
